We sell seeds with the understanding that they will not be used in violation of local or international laws. We do not encourage anyone to engage in activities that are contrary to the law and cannot be held responsible for any unlawful use of our products. It is expressly stated that all customers who purchase seeds from us are solely responsible for their own actions thereafter. We accept no liability in this regard and do not assume any product liability.
Returns, Exchanges, & Refunds
Our policy is rather simple. We assure the products shipped will be fully intact prior to shipment.
Returns and Exchanges:
No returns or exchanges are accepted. All sales are final.
Refunds:
No refunds are made as all sales are final and products will ship with tracking information. Tracking insures the package to a value of $100. Any issues with delivery or the condition of the package upon arrival, USPS should be contacted for the insurance claim.
